Hi /Wsr/, i'm looking for a manga

It begins with a flash forward, after a final battle the hero and the villain stands one vs one, some geezer watching.

The principal story begins in x-mas (maybe just winter), it's your classic loser MC and a girl appears who claims that she is gonna be who destroys the world and the guy is the hero trying to protect it. They are attacked by some organization and work together despite of their destiny. Sounds kinda Hoshi no Samidare but it isn't. The girl is blonde i think.
