My computer suddenly died this morning. Everytime I tried to

My computer suddenly died this morning.
Everytime I tried to log into window it gives this BSOD message
>WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
I can't even boot into safe mode or windows 10 installation disk.

Ran a memtest86+ with one stick at a time,
turns out one of my 2 x 4gb ram is deflective.

However even after I replaced the bad ram stick with a new one,
I still can't get pass the "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" BSOD.

Any ideas why?
Could it be a problem related to my PSU / CPU or motherboard?
