Trying to find an x-files episode (actually, probably another show, I've gone through the whole wiki of x-files now), where the reveal is that the ground/earth of the area is alive, and breathing very slowly or something like that. They use some equipment to realize that it's alive that shows it moving over the period of the past few days. Any ideas?
(picture unrelated, I remember the scene where they realize it's alive is like time-lapsed infrared images of hills breathing slowly over a period of days)
Just watched all of X-Files and can confirm that is not an episode. Unless you're talking about the one where Mulder and Scully are trapped in a giant hallucinogen creating mushroom under ground.
K, yeah I kinda figured it wasn't x-files, maybe it was tales from the crypt? Man, this is really bugging me, normally I can google this kind of stuff, but I just don't remember enough to find it.
