Replaced cpu, gpu, and power supply today. When I turned it on, I just got a black screen. Power is fine, but normally the keyboard and mouse would stay lit up if the computer was actually starting up which is why I think it might not be a video problem. Help me troubleshoot, /wsr/?

did you forget to lock in your cpu? being honest here i've done that way to many times after after a cpu swap.

You need to reset BIOs settings anytime you slot a new CPU onto a MOBO. There is likely a jumper on the MOBO that does this, or just pull the battery for like 5min.

Does the PC beep during the startup and if so how many times.

On the motherboard box which BIOS does it say you are using.
