Hey, what's up?

The job is to find a relationship between those two variables and a result. Can you give me any ideas on where to start? I'm pretty sure the result is in a hexadecimal, but those other two? Damn I'm stupid.

First find the differences within the columns. Find the most similar values, and how they differ, and how their output differs.
