Phone possibly dead

I have a motorola moto E 2nd gen (pic related), and I can't get it to start.
The phone just boots up to the blue motorola logo and then turns off every 10ish seconds. I can enter Fastboot mode, but it crashes the same way.
I have no idea what caused it to happen, I woke up blackout drunk with my face on the phone and it when I plugged it to recharge, it just crashed the same way.
What can I do ?

Thanks, I googled that and it seems I will need to send it back to get it repaired.
What phone would you recommend in the same price range ? I bought this one because of cheap 4G LTE

- Samsung J5 / A3 (are a bit more expensive but there good for there money)
- Google up some WIKO Smartphone with the same specs
