Probably not. Even with ISPs that monitor content, you will no be able access it at or get some e-mail about anything you were trying to access.

Hentai@Home is how exhentai functions. People install the application on their computer, and it hosts a certain amount of hentai content on their computer for the ExHentai network. This has the effect of distributing the server load for the site, as well as making ExHentai as a whole exceedingly difficult to take down. I'm a bit fuzzy on how UK law works (American here), but the guy in >>51962 got emails because he was using Hentai@Home to host. I don't think just browsing is very likely to get you in trouble.
