Need help creating an .iso file!

I've tried using MagicISO, Power ISO, ISO Recorder (won't work for some reason), but they don't create image files larger than 300 MB (not for free, anyway...).

A free solution is needed, as I currently have no funds to get commercial software.

I've been told WinRAR can be used to do this, but mounting the image gave me an error.

I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium here, if that matters.

Can't Daemon Tools do it? I don't really remember

I'll look into that.

Nope, creating an .iso image costs money.

Anything else?

dd if=/dev/cdrom of=~/output.iso
It's that simple and comes with the operating system.
