Damn, how did you do that? Not OP.
I tried google, iqdb, tineye, yandex, saucenao, I went through the Ashley tag in danbooru and gelbooru without luck.
I'm guessing it's pixiv or some japanese site, right?

That's exactly what I did. The biggest I found is 400x400 which is the same as OP's picture. There was one smaller, but included more background. I tried that and ended up on twitter too.
This isn't reliable as I thought it was.
