How do I cook this?

Hey, anyone know how to prepare this? I got it at a Southeast Asian market and even when translating the directions it's not very clear.

Easy mode: put everything in a pot of boiling water for 10-15mn (since it's frozen).
You could add some bamboo leaves, or tea leaves (or a tea bag) to the boiling water that you'd remove before putting all the ingredients.

Basically, it's just various ingredients you put in a pot filled with boiling water one after the other to cook them.
You could add more vegetables, bamboo shoots, shrimps, and even thin slices of meat or fish on various plates around the pot that everyone could take at will, then place in the pot for 4-5mn each to be sure it's cooked.

It goes well with a strong saké-like alcohol or with roasted coconut water.

If you're the same one that asked about the Taiwanese flour, you should try to make a tea-flavoured bread too. Use tea instead of water.
