what am i even looking at? give us some context here. where does the cable come from? what do you want to connect it to? where in the chain from ISP to your computer are we?

8 pins... might be standard RJ45 (aka "network cable"). if whatever you bought didn't come with a chart, just look up pin assignments on google images or wikipedia that shit. i don't know, maybe the french do something weird. i'm just guessing here without further info...
