This is my first thread on here so apologies for anything i made wrong.
Anyway i need help with my imeme 5.
I dropped it and the Battery fucked with me telling me it has no juice even though i charged it overnight.
2 days later, still with the same problem, i restored it with itunes.
Problem here is, at the end there was a 'unknown problem' with the errorcode 21.
I tried the same thing in the DFU mode but the errorcode 21 appeared again.
Now everytime i plug it in only the iTunes logo appears.
What do /wsr/ this is my first apple product and i already regret it

Error code 21 means your shit cant communicate with the apple server, check your firewall settings. When that won't work you take it to a store and when they can't help you: buy an android or windows phone.

no, it does not. it means battery problem.

No, it means that iTunes can't get a signing key from Apple to activate your install.
There's a few reasons this might happen:
- You're not installing the latest iOS
- You've fucked about with your hosts file
- You ran TinyUmbrella and it fucked about with your hosts file
- You're running Windows XP

Are you actually using DFU mode? The screen in OP is what you get in regular restore mode, not DFU mode.
