Hi, I'm looking for a really old cartoon, It was about a poor guy with a red handkerchief on his head,bad things always happened to this guy, and he always sighed, also on the show there was a bird that was always chasing a worm,but never catched it. The cartoon didn't had any voices, just music on the background.

The guy used the red handkerchief on his head like the image I uploaded, but it was red not white.

That's all I can remember, I used to watch it as a kid, I really want to see it again. Thank you
