I'm looking for a story (a novella?) in which a dude breaks up with his girlfriend, starts going to the gym and then finds a new girl he likes.

I believe the story ends with him and the new girl looking at stars and city lights in a parking garage. The story has a very melancholic vibe to it and imo it's very beautiful.
