Help finding a videogame.

It's a car racing game for Xbox 360. I probably played it during a time between 2008-2013.
And I think it's a sequel.
It was about a world wide rally and I think it had a black car in the cover.
Other things I remember is that you could have various garages and they had an arcade machine that was a minigame in which you had to shoot other stuff.
