the copyright date is 1943 and it was translated by Ralph Manheim

His first Mein Kampf publication was in 1943, so it could be that old. There is also a chance it is just a 'newer' reprint.

No? It first came out in 1925 and the first English translation was 1939. It looks like this is a 1943 reprint.
