About 4 years ago I bought a SanDisk Ultra SDXC card, and it has completely failed on me, no format or writing to it.

If anyone knows any possible way to erase it and reformat, please help me. I tried Minitool, GParted, etc. It seems to have shitted on me.

If there's no way to fix it however, I may need a photoshopped invoice, from Amazon or similar. The warranty is 5 years but I cannot find a receipt or any proof of purchase from MicroCenter.

What'cha ya gotta do is use google for this. I searched up a similar problem. I think what you need is a SD formating program or something and perhaps a way to catch your files back with a file back program that is used for SD cards especially once you deleted something.

I have the files copied, it's just there is no way to write or reformat the SD, either from an android phone or a computer. I spent hours trying looking up different methods.

Ran a chkdsk and command prompt says "Some file allocation tables (FAT) are unwriteable."

Trying TestDisk and it shows errors with the FAT and partition table. Right now it is analyzing cylinders. Crossing my fingers.
