Requesting cool fractals or optical illusions
Neither fractal nor optical illusion.
Just a cool loop.
>>38889
That's really cool.
>>38889
i love this one.
would've been cooler if you didnt miss the quads
"magic eye" gif
> fractals or optical illusions
;)
>>39002
what's the illusion?
>>39005
mirror/window
>>38712
Another loop.
>>38992
this one is the most comfy
This thread has triggered so many autisms
>>38822
I can watch this for hours
>>38996
Alas! I've been searching for this since 2008 or 2009 something but i couldn't find it and then now in a non-expected time, place hahahah so amazing!
>>38999
This explains everything on that thing
>>39005
Nice, he got you m8
>>39143
I'm on that part when im concluding if he uses magnets yet he shows the stick hahah
More magic eye please
>>38822
>that implied square
Dear Jesus that's magnificent.

The best part is the color doesn't go away until you move your eyes or blink.
>>38991
Something about a sharp blue and red contrast.
My grandma had this blue-painted wooden sign for her kitchen. It had a red hard with a black drop shadow. The heart would always move a little independently with the background. Blew my fucking mind when I was little. I don't even think the illusion was intentional.
Here's a screencap of a dragon curve renderer that I wrote.
>>40148
Here's the golden dragon curve, with different constants derived from the golden ratio. Probably my favourite fractal generated without complex numbers.
>>40154
...And zoomed in quite a lot. One of the interesting things about the dragon curve is that none of the lines overlap.
>>40157
but it doesn't look anything like a dragon, I feel like I was taken advantage of by a clever ruse
>>40193
I didn't name it, I just wrote a script to draw it. I don't understand the obsession with dragons in the naming of fractals in this category. Here, have a levy dragon.
>>40205
Yeah, the most obvious conclusion is that the guy who named the fractal probably just thought it looked like a dragon's tail, and went from there.
>>40205
That doesn't look like a dragon, it looks like a swole dude flexing his sweet biceps.
>>40208
Like Bruce Lee.
The dragon.
>>40209
damn...
