do anyone experience problem with shutdown and volume jump?
my notebook wont shutdown, the turn just turned off but the power button light is still on. and about the volume, after no sound played for a while, the sound is higher even though the volume level didnt change. and will turn back into normal after changing the volume level
google say something about fast boot, but it didnt help
How old is the laptop? It might need drivers and whatnot if it's old enough.

Yeah this is an issue with the Realtek drivers. I had the issue with my first install and then Win10 did automatic driver update and fucked me over again.
Do this. Go to Control Panel > Sound
Right click on the speakers, click Properties
Go to the Enhancement tab
check Disable All Sound Effects
You shouldn't have any volume jumping after that.

also I recommend disabling driver updates
Control Panel > System > Change Settings > Hardware tab > Device Installation Settings
