you will need at least 2 different programs to do that. webms are video files not images, an image viewer won't be able to open them.for webms you can use mpc-hc and make a playlist

nope, IrfanView does both. i don't use the slideshow functionality, but i use it to browse images and webms. i can't remember what you have to do exactly, but i believe you just need to tell it that webm is a valid extension and it will automatically pick them up. again, not sure how well the slideshow business works.
