Backup all your stuff, erase everything and reinstall the OS.
Or simply use Malwarebytes.

You are posting a picture of computer files. You are not posting a picture of a piece of software that is "working". If you want to to see what programs are "working" you need to press ALT+CTRL+DEL and check the tabs for "application" and "processes".
