You can use programs like gnuplot or even wolframalpha to plot functions ("plot y = sin(x)" for example).

In your function you need to get rid of the absolute values. You correctly determined the intervals needed.

When is everything in the |...| nonnegative? For x >= 3. In this case you can drop the |...| and obtain
f(x) = 2x for x >= 3.

If x is between -3 and 3, then the term x+3 is positive and the term x-3 is negative which means |x-3| = 3-x. Therefore f(x) = (x+3) +(3-x) = 6 for x between -3 and 3.

In the last part for x <= -3 both terms are negative, so you obtain f(x) = (-x-3) + (-x+3) = -2x

You should be able to plot these.
