This is a plug and chug problem OP, read your text. It will literally have an equation that has specific heat capacity (c) temperature (T) or temperature change (delta T, or triangle T) and enthalpy (delta H, or triangle H)
all you have to do is read your goddamn book. its in there.
Q (heat) = m (mass) x s(heat capacity) x (final temperature- initial temperature)
then you have Q is equal to the Enthalpy i believe then it's done
