Hello, I'm retarded and i don't know where to find IPA fonts for Windows 8, word 2010. I really need that. Don't laugh, please help.

IPA symbols are part of unicode, so any font that support the corresponding range should do the trick.
Check these pages:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phonetic_symbols_in_Unicode
If you can see the symbols, then you already have a font with the character installed (probably Arial Unicode MS) but there may be limitations.
I don't have Word, but you should be able to select a font and check if it contains the special phonetic characters (check the unicode ranges in the second article).
