Original Xbox With Error Code

16 is "clock not set, can't boot dashboard to set clock".
You need to do the hotswap trick, write a functioning C-drive image onto it, and then reboot.
You'll need another, modded, xbox to fix this, or you'll need to know the HDD key, which you can get from the xbox when it's pwnt, or by reading it out the EEPROM using an LPC EEPROM reader.
