Is there a firefox add-on that makes the scroll bar darker?

Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

You can try FT DeepDark but it make the entire ui dark. Not a bad look but it might not be what you looking for.

Well, considering that you can change the scroll bar style via CSS, you can simply find a script that does this and execute it with Greasemonkey.
