Didn't used my PC for a long time and now I don't know which of my partitions is my SSD and now I am to stupid to find a solution online.

assuming you're running windows: go to Computer Management (search for it in the start menu). in the left column go to Storage, then Disk Management

now you see your partitions grouped by physical drives in the bottom of the center column
