So there's this item that I want that sells out in 5 minutes once it comes into stock every few days at random times.
The vendor gives you an option to get email updates for items when they come back into stock. The problem is, in gmail, I have to click the refresh button to have the email come in my inbox. So it's pretty much useless. Gmail has a desktop notification for new emails but it's small and only appears for about 3 seconds before disappearing so it's easily missed.
I have 2 monitors so I can just have a mail client on one while I game or do whatever on the other.
There's auto page refreshers that I have tried but that causes my CPU to spike and the page takes about 5 seconds to load.
My request is a mail service that shows new emails as soon as they arrive so I can quickly drop whatever I am doing and buy the item before it sell out
Help me out bros.

well, you could always host your own, but I don't think email is the right solution to this problem.
