What's a good place to download manga? I know a lot of scanlators

What's a good place to download manga? I know a lot of scanlators have download links on their sites. But I'm looking for a single place where I can get most of my manga. And not have to downlaod each chapter individually.

I'm using DomDomSoft Manga Downloader. I lost the link on where I get the serial key to unlock full features (I only want it because of Batoto). There are other programs like MangaCrawler and such.
