What's a graphically impressive game for PC to get? I have Fallout 4 but it doesn't really look all that great.

Well, if you're going purely for graphics and/or stress testing your GPU, I'd say crysis 3, far cry 4, arma 3, BF4, tomb raider, rust and the likes would be able to fuck your shit up.
