/wsr i need some help. I need to upgrade my computer for gaming, but dont know whether to upgrade cpu or gpu.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium K G3258 Dual Core Anniversary CPU (OC 4.6GHz)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750Ti
RAM: 8gb
OS: Win 10
Mobo: msi h81m-p33
ssd: 120gb

atm i cant even run gtav on lowest settings

Steam discussions is not helping.

I have a budget of about £250, should i upgrade cpu or gpu?

GTA 5 runs ok on my Q6600 and 750Ti
