Requesting adventure type anime with a similar feel to Louie, Gokudo, Orphen, or Slayers. Older than 2010 I will have seen it if it's newer.

If you liked Chaika there's Scrapped Princess by the same author. But if you've seen old titles like Louie and Gokudo I think you'll struggle to find many recommendations.

Fortune Quest was an okay comedy fantasy OVA. Bit like Slayers.
Magic Knight Rayearth is arguably a similar sort of adventure story.
How did you feel about Akatsuki no Yona? Shoujo fantasy like Twelve Kingdoms or Saiunkoku might be close enough for you.

scrapped princess is decent and then becomes...not.

If you liked slayers then check out all of lodoss war. It just feels so right
MKR is decent. read the manga (even if you arent a girl) cause its pretty good
