Not sure what you mean, but it doesn't seem to be ahegao if that's the implication (at least, from what is featured). Also the mentioned dialogue is actually part of the image, and it seems to be a fairly common reaction image but to my frustration I'm not coming across on it when I'm looking for it.
I'm not mistaken, the character's eyes are uneven and it features a mouth dip expression like on the 2nd row, 3rd expression of pic related.
