So I just got a sky3ds+ and a supercard dstwo+ and I can't

So I just got a sky3ds+ and a supercard dstwo+ and I can't get either to work. When I put it in my 3ds (9.8-25u) it's as if no game card is inserted t all. It has no problem reading actual ds and 3ds games.

pic related did I go anything wrong? SD card is a 32GB kingston. two copies of the same card.
