Method 1: read books
Method 2: practice

Honestly, that's all you're gonna get. Look up the sticky on /ic/ to get a better idea. If you're still in doubt, look for a teacher. If you don't have the money for a teacher, just keep drawing until you get good. It's not going to happen overnight.
