I'm very bored now, so I decided watch an anime. Can you recommend me one or more animes with the shoujo/romance genre? Please, don't list animes with less than 20 minutes of episode duration.

Shoujo is done terribly in anime because they always end up adding a bunch of slice of life filler to them. Read manga instead.
If you're bored why are you picky on episode length. Some shorts are really good.

The album in the general's OP has a chart with very, very good romance manga, take a look at that if you're up for reading a bit.
Card Captor Sakura is considered, at least by the general /a/ consensus and my personal opinion, as one of the best mahou shoujo, if not one of the best anime. Romance isn't ENTIRELY the main focus, but it tells the greatest love story ever told nonetheless.
Rose of Versaille is also good. It's more relationship heavy, and very good if you are a ouiaboo (GAS THE NOBLES, REVOLUTION NOW!)
