Suggesting for a good gaming laptop?

I'll explain.
I already have a pretty good rig at home but I'm starting working overnight pretty soon and I'll have 5-6 hours of free time every night at work.
I'd like something that has some pretty great specs, more than like a 2 hour battery and won't overheat in 5 minutes. My budget is about 3k but I'm willing to go over if there's like a definitive gaming laptop out there.
