Hi, I was hoping someone could mask this better (I think thats what you call it, delete the backround so its just the girl)
Right now when I put it as a mascot it has a white border all the way around it.
It's a render, masking is a tool you use.
I suggest just select by color, and up the threshold.
I will post a better version in a minute or two, I noticed some weird parts.

Not OP. With Gimp, you select the background with contiguous selection (it's easy, just select the tool contiguous selection, then click in the background), then you delete it with del.
