Requesting a decent gaming pc build. Budget is $300-$600.

I want to play SFV, FFXIV, Skyrim, etc. at a good framerate in 1080, not max settings medium settings is fine. This is my first build and I've got a low budget so I don't really need a monster. I've already got all the peripherals so don't include those.
If you want to just suggest a single part like a CPU or a GPU that meets my requirements that would also help a ton.
