Any good Romance anime with massive feels? Harem is okay but not preferable.
I liked Clannad, Sakurasou no pet na kanojo and Tamako market
Kaiba is a surreal sci fi romance at its most base level. So, if you're willing to expose yourself to some really freaky shit, I'd recommend Kaiba for nearly every occasion.

yeah but Im more interested in the romance/feels part than the mindfuck part. Its hard to romanticize characters who look like weird kids.

I understand, and I'm not trying to push it here, but for the record by the time the series gets to the true romance plot you're used to the art style and the characters.
ef: A Tale of Memories is one of my favorite romance anime. Visually it is just astounding.
Pretty tame in romance, but it's a nice watch imo.
