Just buy the cheap Huion H420 tablet for like 30 dollars and then save up for a real tablet.
You can get a Wacom for 60-70 bucks. I wouldn't really recommend anything other than a Wacom Intuos as anything else is shit, and even then Wacom is pretty shit as well.
