No place on the internet is safe from a virus.

But in regards to downloading free music in a relatively safe way, I usually just find something on Youtube and download with a Youtube to MP3 converter.

"Guarantee" may be the wrong word I'm looking for.

"Relatively safe" sounds a bit nicer.
