There's a particular /a/ meme that was very, very similar to [x] stick it in and for some reason, the word itself completely escapes me.
When I try to think it of, the words prostrate, suplex, and an image of some church comes to mind.
What's what word? It always followed after a [ ] or [x]

Jam it in?

It was a single word and was generally used as a response to any "what do" situation
I remember the word in particular was a meme because there was a joke visual novel or something similar where every option would have a third option which would be [x] (whatever that word is) that led to a bad end or something
GENUFLECT
IT WAS GENUFLECT
>lower one's body briefly by bending one knee to the ground, typically in worship or as a sign of respect.
