Found a laptop in the garbage, it has a passworded account and i have a windows xp disc that bluescreens when i use it
What are some ways i can use this for myself

You'd be a retard to throw it out. Install Linux or reinstall windows and you should be all good.

Download a more recent OS iso and reformat the hard disk with it.
In the trah send the windows XP, it's garbadge.
It's a i3 ans from a mark I don't even know (meaning it's probably a bad quality computer provider), but it seems in rather good shape, so you should manage to at least install windows.
Don't expect to run Skyrim on it, though.
