It's Phantom Crash*, but with World of Tanks' metagame.

Except it's not pay-to-win, because there's no premium ammo, pay-only equipment, etc. etc.

* which is Robot Wars but with battlemechs.

I'm not exactly unbiased in saying this, but APB Reloaded is pretty fun. Shitty community, and pretty pay-to-win, but I definitely had fun.
