My laser printer started ghosting, from what I read online it

My laser printer started ghosting, from what I read online it could be either the fusor or the drum - is there anyway to figure out what the problem is?

Pic related, it's a Samsung CLX3170

its the charge removing corona wire thats not fully working. that usually means the board that generates the high voltage is going bad.
