What software is best for making encodes from MKVs with burnt-in subtitles? Handbrake can do it but the subs seem kind of hazy, I want to make something where the subs are crisp like those Deadfish/Bakedfish mp4 anime encodes.

I think Handbrake can do that well.

Though I'm sure someone with actual knowledge on this topic can suggest a better program, but I'm pretty sure Handbrake will suffice.
