If u go dual rx480 you pretty much can save lots of the monies :)

Pcpartpicker is ur best friend
Choosemypc is another great site

However the best advice I can give is DO NOT CUT CORNERS, CHEAP STUFF ARE BUILT WITH CHEAP MATERIALS, AVOID CORSAIR CX BRONZE POWERSUPPLIES, AVOID MSI MOTHERBOARDS.
