WebM for Bakas is the most accessible, 4chan friendly WebM-maker you can use.

If you're more into >>>/g/ shit, which I presume not, ffmpeg does the trick.

Basically, all video files need to be made into VP8 webm's without sound, unless you plan to post on /gif/ or /wsg/.
