Can someone tell me how I can get Ank's plugin on Chrome
It's on github but I don't know how to install it

"Chrome" is a term-of-art meaning "all the bits of the application you can see, that aren't externally-generated content".
So in Word, the menu bar, ribbon, scrollbars and footer are "chrome". In an browser it would be the menu, address-bar, scrollbars, padlock, etc., but /not/ the webpage itself.
Firefox extensions store their chrome assets in a directory called "chrome".
